Dogs that are handled by Windzoom have the winning edge. We are committed to every dog that we show. We gear each dog’s training to him or her. Each dog gets the best care that we can provide. This means not only the best food, grooming, training, live in Veterinarian, but we also take the time to walk and play with them everyday. We bond with them! We believe happy dogs do better in the show ring!

Meet our team :

Renea Windley

 All Breed Dog Handler

I love dogs ...and the dog show is one of my favorite places to be. I started out in Obedience and Agility. This is where I found my love for dog training. It is a wonderful feeling when you are working with a dog, and he gives you his trust. Dogs are very honest, if you can let them know what you want in a way that is fair, then you will find that you can teach dogs anything. Every dog is different.  Each has their own likes and dislikes.  A good dog trainer can use this. My experiences in Obedience, Agility, FlyBall, Herding and Lure Coursing all help me in the conformation ring.  I have been blessed with a wonderful friend and mentor, Joe Genarella, who has helped me in showing dogs. He is from a 2nd generation dog show family, and he has a wealth of knowledge about dog showing and breeding. Thanks , Joe!

Here are some photos of some of the wonderful dogs that I have had the opportunity to show over the years ..

Mike Windley DVM

Veterinarian

I am the veterinarian/bus driver. I have been a veterinarian close to 30 years, and this knowledge is what I bring to the team. I make sure the dogs are healthy, and they have the best care. Healthy, happy dogs show better in the ring!

Emily Langley

Groomer/Handler

My introduction to dogs started as a young child. My grandfather always had a Collie, and he cared very much for his Collies. His love for his dogs stayed with him, even after Alzheimer’s robbed him of his memory. The example he set as a responsible and caring pet owner, and his being a fan of the purebred dog is still with me today.  When I was 12 years old I attended my first dog show. I got to show a Siberian Husky puppy to a 3rd place win in its class. While this was great fun, and the memory of it is still fresh today, it would not be until, as a young teen, that my real interest in dog showing would begin. It was at that time that I met a Sheltie named Summer. She went on to become a multi-titled Champion and Special. Summer’s owner actually purchased my first Sheltie, Andy, for me. Andy grew too big to be a show dog, but he was my start in Obedience. A genetic illness cut Andy’s life terribly short, and he never obtained his titles. Andy’s life did more than just foster my interest in performance events, his sad death shaped my opinions about responsible breeding and the prevention of genetic illnesses of purebred dogs. To help pay for Andy’s care I worked for a groomer, both after school and during summers.  This was my first job and my start in grooming dogs.  In the years since I have gone on to title multiple dogs in performance events.  I own AKC conformation Champions, and I also have had the honor of showing and finishing many dogs for others. I have groomed many dogs, and I get just as much joy from turning a mixed breed into a cute little darling as I do when grooming a top Special. Regardless of the dog, or its ancestry, the reaction of the owner’s face when they see their freshly groomed baby is the same. That is something I take great pride in. As an exhibitor, breeder, and owner of purebred dogs I constantly am learning and developing an eye for the best.

What began as a fun hobby has evolved into a passion, and then into a career that hopefully will last for a lifetime.
