I love dogs ...and the dog show is one of my favorite places to be. I
started out in Obedience and Agility. This is where I found my love for
dog training. It is a wonderful feeling when you are working with a dog,
and he gives you his trust. Dogs are very honest, if you can let them
know what you want in a way that is fair, then you will find that you
can teach dogs anything. Every dog is different. Each has their own
likes and dislikes. A good dog trainer can use this. My experiences in
Obedience, Agility, FlyBall, Herding and Lure Coursing all help me in
the conformation ring. I have been blessed with a wonderful friend and
mentor, Joe Genarella, who has helped me in showing dogs. He is from a
2nd generation dog show family, and he has a wealth of knowledge about
dog showing and breeding. Thanks , Joe!
